A comprehensive fitness routine guided by some of the nation’s top trainers, Down Under combines science-backed practice with expert instruction. Following the U.S. Department of Health guidelines for aerobic activity, our programs help reduce the risk of chronic disease while promoting strength, stamina, and overall vitality. In harmony with our yoga, Pilates, and wellness offerings, our Fitness classes deliver total-body conditioning, improve balance and coordination, boost cardiovascular endurance, and enhance functional strength, providing a well-rounded approach to lifelong wellness.

Yoga
Sculpt

A beat-driven, high-intensity class in heated room, Yoga Sculpt combines light weights with continuous athletic movement to deliver full-body conditioning.

Hot Power
Pilates

Hot Power Pilates is a challenging, full-body, low-impact, high-intensity workout using traditional Pilates movement and principles. The room is heated to 95 degrees and is designed for all fitness levels. It helps tone and strengthen muscles (particularly the core muscles) without the pounding of a high-impact workout. The class includes fast paced music making it fun, energizing and exciting.

Straight Up Strength

A focused heavy-lifting class built around the foundational movements of squats, hinges, pushes, and pulls, developing real strength through well-structured sets, controlled tempo, and progressive loading.

Strength & Conditioning

Cardio circuits combined with moderate-weight strength training to build muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

Barre

Incorporating elements of dance, ballet, and strength training, this total body workout is a fusion of low-impact cardio, sustained holds, and micro-movements. If you join is livestream, have a set of light weights, chair or barre and a resistance band.

Core

A dynamic fusion of yoga, barre, pilates, cardio, and conditioning that uses resistance bands to build strength and endurance. Core is a flow class focused on the deep core muscles.
