CAM BARACH
FITNESS FACULTY
Born and raised in SouthCoast MA in a small town called Lakeville, Cam came into the fitness world after working as a merchant marine for 4 years. He got his 300 hour Personal Training certification from AAPT in Back Bay and his 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training from Down Under.
Cam grew up playing all sports and credits a very strict mother with a black belt in karate for his affinity for fitness. He's always been in love with seeking new ways to test his fitness levels and has run 5 marathons in under a year, dedicating all that work to learning how to run stronger and pain free. In class, Cam covers everything from strength training, calisthenics, sport specific training, bodybuilding and is currently studying ATG (Athletics Truth Group) which is all about safeguarding the body from injury. In his Strength & Conditioning class you can expect different templates of workouts (Tabata, EMOMs, etc.) to stay creative and keep you on your toes! He's a huge music lover so expect all genres of music to dance to while sweating. Cam believes everyone needs Strength & Conditioning and he loves to teach how we don’t have to run, jump, and do high impact movements to get a workout in. It’s ALL about EFFICIENCY!
