Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, Pilates is a low-impact movement system that strengthens the core, improves posture, and enhances flexibility.

His method was originally designed for rehabilitation and to improve overall health and athletic performance. Today, Pilates helps students move better in daily life, reduce injury risk, and cultivate a stronger mind-body connection.
