Private Experiences & 1:1 Support
A private session with our expert Yoga, Pilates, and Fitness faculty offers a highly personalized experience tailored to your body, goals, and schedule.
Private sessions are ideal for students wanting to deepen their practice, for those working with an injury or seeking recovery or mobility support, pre- or post-natal care, and those looking for targeted training. Private sessions can take place in-studio or off-site, depending on availability.
