What you will learn

This training is designed to:

  • Impart the fundamentals of Form before Load; Stability before Intensity; Progression over Performance; Awareness + Strength (not just output)

  • Build functional strength that supports longevity and daily life

  • Prepare trainees to lead successful group fitness classes

  • Provide a foundation for personal strength training

  • Emphasize form, safety, and intelligent progression

  • Deliver results through a thoughtful, student-centered approach

Tuition Cost includes a total of 30 hours including the weekend training, recordings of classes to observe, about 6 hours virtual content & a virtual training manual. While not mandatory to take in person classes, enrolled trainees will have the option of purchasing discounted class passes.

  • How to teach with clarity, command, warmth, and presence.
