Megan seeks to create a welcoming space where students can take a break from daily distractions and concentrate on the present. 

After time away to focus on motherhood, she returns with a renewed sense of purpose and a commitment to sharing her love of yoga and fitness. Megan completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Down Under and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications. Drawing on her training and background in fitness instruction and dance, Megan’s teaching blends movement and strength, using physical challenge to help students find equanimity both on and off the mat.
