CLAIRE BRENNAN
FITNESS FACULTY
Claire’s approach to movement is shaped by her background as a collegiate athlete, her curiosity about the body, and her appreciation for the communities that form around movement. A former college swimmer, she discovered Yoga Sculpt after graduating from Tufts University with a BA in English and Political Science.
What began as a new way to stay active soon became a practice of its own, offering both physical challenge and the sense of connection she had valued as part of a team.
Trained at CorePower Yoga, Claire brings an athlete’s attention to form, precision, and purposeful movement to her teaching. Her own experience with injuries and physical therapy has also given her a particular interest in injury prevention and the smaller stabilizing muscles that support strong, sustainable movement.
Claire’s classes are rigorous, encouraging, and grounded in good form. She offers personalized cues and motivation to help students move with intention and recognize their own capacity. Above all, she hopes students leave feeling confident and proud of the strength they are building.
Outside the studio, Claire works in health policy and is an avid reader. She spent a year living in Rwanda after college, where she adopted her cat, Jetski.
