RINARA BATISTA
FITNESS FACULTY
Rinara began her journey as a Pilates instructor after experiencing burnout from high-intensity workouts. She fell in love with the benefits of low-impact movement and discovered that sometimes less truly is more. That realization inspired her to pursue teacher training and begin sharing the practice of Pilates with others.
She has been teaching for the past 1.5 years and is trained through both Balanced Body and Power Pilates. Rinara’s goal is to meet students exactly where they are, offering classes that challenge them in a way that leaves them feeling stronger, more confident, and accomplished.
Her teaching style blends high energy and upbeat music—ranging from hip hop to pop—with slow, controlled movement focused on breath and the mind-body connection. She loves incorporating props like the ring, weights, and more, while putting a fun, contemporary spin on classical Pilates exercises to keep each class fresh and engaging.
Outside the studio, Rinara can usually be found training for half marathons, lifting weights, indulging in sweet treats, or unwinding with episodes of Law & Order.
