IZZY GARCIA-FISCHER
FITNESS FACULTY
Izzy holds a BS in Biology from Tufts University and a Master of Science in Nutrition from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. She is currently pursuing advanced graduate training toward becoming a Registered Dietitian, with academic interests centered at the intersection of nutrition, exercise science, mindset, and sustainable high performance.
Alongside her studies, Izzy is the founder of 3xP Health, a performance-health venture focused on cultivating strong health cultures within high-achieving organizations. Her background includes research in neurogastroenterology and nutrition, and she holds a personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Movement has been a defining thread throughout Izzy’s life. She grew up as a competitive horseback rider before transitioning into strength training, which ultimately led her to walk onto the rowing team during her undergraduate years. Today she continues to pursue endurance sport as a marathon runner, bringing a lifelong commitment to disciplined, purposeful movement into her teaching.
Her approach blends athletic experience with a deep study of human performance. Izzy views fitness as one part of a larger system that includes nutrition, recovery, mindset, and sustainable training habits. Her classes emphasize structural integrity, core strength, glute and postural stability, and precise, intentional movement, creating an athletic and empowering environment where students are encouraged to discover new levels of strength and confidence. She hopes students leave class feeling stronger, more grounded, and more confident in their bodies.
Outside the studio, Izzy spends much of her time studying, building her businesses, creating wellness content, and continuing her own journey as a lifelong athlete and runner.
