Strength & Mobility for Runners with Cam Barach

Designed especially for Boston Marathon runners - but open to anyone who loves to run - this workshop helps you feel stronger, move better, and stay healthy through training, race day, and beyond. We’ll focus on targeted strength and mobility work that supports efficient running mechanics and helps reduce common overuse injuries. You’ll learn how to train smarter (not harder), build durability, and improve movement quality without adding unnecessary fatigue - so you can arrive at the starting line resilient, prepared, and ready to run your strongest race.

Please bring a notebook, writing utensil & yoga mat (mats are available to rent in studio for $3). 

Cost: $50
