Breathwork, Backed by Brain Science
Most breathwork asks you to take its effects on faith. This doesn’t.
DVRM (Dynamic Volitional Respiratory Modulation) is a breathwork methodology developed by David Magone, studied through fMRI research with Harvard, MIT, and Massachusetts General Hospital.
The imaging shows dramatic increases in brain network connectivity during the practice. Specific breathing patterns shift your nervous system into altered states where real rewiring can happen. You leave different than you arrived.
