Spring Fling: Partner Thai Yoga Massage with Emily Sullivan
Sunday, March 22
2-4pm • Central Square
Partner Thai Yoga Massage is often described as a kind of dance—an exchange of care in which both giver and receiver benefit through movement, breath, and metta (loving-kindness).
In this playful, grounding workshop, you’ll learn a simple, accessible Thai yoga massage sequence you can practice at home using everyday props like blankets and pillows. No prior yoga or massage experience is needed. Bring a partner, friend, or family member—participants will practice only with the person they arrive with, while Emily will guide the group through the sequence step-by-step (with optional volunteers for demonstrations).
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have the tools to offer a full one-hour massage—designed to leave both giver and receiver feeling more relaxed, present, comfortable, and connected.
Wear comfortable clothes & please bring a pillow & two yoga mats (yoga mat rentals are available for $3 at the studio)
Cost: $80 per couple. (only one of the pair needs to sign up!)
