New to barre—or wanting a slower, more supportive breakdown of the fundamentals? This specialty class is designed specifically for newcomers to barre (and anyone looking to refine technique), offering a step-by-step introduction that’s more instructional and form-focused than a typical barre class on the schedule.
Together, we’ll break down proper posture and alignment, then explore the major sections of a classic barre class—upper body, legs, glutes, core work, and stretching- with demonstrations, thoughtful guidance, and individualized support throughout.
Expect a steady pace, clear technique coaching, and time to ask questions so you can build confidence and feel prepared to join regular barre classes with strength and ease.
