This grounding, uplifting movement experience is designed to awaken the dancer within — whether you’re currently dancing, danced “back then,” or simply love to move.
The session begins with a 45-minute, full-body Pilates practice to build strength, stability, and confidence. From there, you’ll transition into guided dance exploration, weaving together rhythm, flow, and expressive movement.
An energizing soundscape — including live African drumming and thoughtfully curated music — supports the experience, inviting you to move with greater freedom, presence, and connection.
Led by professional dancer and Pilates facilitator Ivyana Robinson, this specialty class blends the artistry of dance with the strength and intelligence of Pilates into one seamless, embodied practice.
