Soul Marathon: Yoga & Mobility for Runners with Alex Apgar

In preparation for the Boston Marathon, join Alex for a slow flow and mobility session that will focus on targeting key muscle groups involved in running. The 45-minute flow will emphasize mindful yoga principles and moving with intention, followed by a 15-minute mobility routine to cover stabilizing muscle groups. We will then wind down with a blissful breathwork and visualization segment, followed by savasana.
Whether you're a seasoned or a casual runner, or simply want to move your body in a fresh manner, all are welcome! The practice of moving your body is, after all, a marathon—not a sprint.
Cost: $30
Wear clothing you can move in, bring water & a yoga mat (yoga mats are available to rent in studio for $3)
