Soothing Self-Care: Meditation, Massage, and Myofascial Release with Mukul Bhatt & Becca Phillips

Join Down Under LMTs Mukul Bhatt and Becca Phillips for a deeply restorative session focused on cultivating calm through meditation, massage, and reflexology.
This three-part workshop begins with a Chakra-based meditation to center the mind and balance energy. You’ll then explore the foundations of self-reflexology, using gentle techniques and (optional) essential oils to stimulate key pressure points and support relaxation. The session concludes with a guided partner myofascial release (MFR) practice, designed to ease muscle tension and restore fluidity to the body.
No prior experience is needed - come solo or bring a friend who could use a little zen.
