This workshop blends a warming vinyasa flow, a targeted strength and conditioning circuit, and a yin-inspired sequence to release tight connective tissue and support long-term durability.

You’ll leave with a custom weekly strength and mobility plan to seamlessly layer into your spring training—whether you're chasing a 5K personal record or preparing for a 50K. Expect to walk away stronger, more flexible, and better equipped to hit the road with confidence.

Cost: $45 donation - All proceeds from this workshop support Emma’s Tokyo Marathon fundraiser for Room to Read, helping children worldwide build essential literacy skills.

Please bring a yoga mat (rentals are available for $3 at the studio)
