EMMA MORSE

VINYASA FACULTY

Her teaching style is a reflection of her love of movement and creative expression and she strives to teach the type of classes she loves to take – intentional but creative, structured but fluid.

Driven to unlock a deeper connection to her practice, Emma completed her 200-hour training in vinyasa yoga with Prana Power Yoga and started teaching in 2014. Initially drawn to yoga for its athletic benefits, she found herself returning to her mat for very different reasons – most notably, the mental clarity and strength of focus that the practice fostered. Her teaching style is a reflection of her love of movement and creative expression and she strives to teach the type of classes she loves to take – intentional but creative, structured but fluid. Recognizing that yoga is far from a linear practice, she always aims to create an introspective environment in which her students have the space to create and sustain a practice that works for them, without judgment or doubt – whether they’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or the thousandth. Teaching yoga serves as the perfect right brain counterpoint to her very ‘left brain’ career in partnerships development and corporate strategy for a large financial services firm. Outside of practicing yoga, Emma enjoys running, travel, experimenting with vegetarian recipes, and being an over-attentive dog mom to her 18-month old Australian Shepherd puppy.
