Sonic Flow: Movement, Sound & Restoration with Lyndsay Allyn Cox & DeShaun Gordon-King
Saturday, March 6
2-3:15pm •
Back Bay

Move, breathe, listen, and experience yoga in a new way.

Join yoga teacher and somatic movement practitioner Lyndsay Allyn Cox and internationally performing flutist and sound artist DeShaun Gordon-King for an immersive experience bringing movement and live music into conversation.

Lyndsay's rhythmic, dynamic approach to yoga and somatic movement meets DeShaun's expansive musical practice, drawing from jazz, gospel, griot traditions, classical performance, improvisation, and sound healing.

Together, they'll explore what happens when movement and live sound share the same space, inviting you into a practice that moves from energy and expression toward stillness and restoration. Through rhythm, breath, movement, and attentive listening, discover new ways of connecting with your body, the music, and the present moment.

Come move. Come listen. Come experience something new.

Cost: $40

Please bring water & a yoga mat (mat rentals are available for $3 at the studio)
