Fully Alive Challenge:
Down Under’s dream team offers a 30 day challenge defining & acting on what matters most.
Four Thursdays 7:15-8:15pm via Zoom
January 26 • February 2 • February 9 • February 16
Life is short. We have 30,000 days on Earth (if we live till 80) and this day never comes again.
One day? ...or Day 1? You decide.
Fully Alive is a month of self-discovery helping you get clear on what you really feel, value, and want - and how to get there. Using the greatest tools at our disposal from yoga, meditation and wisdom traditions, Down Under's lead faculty & Life Alive’s chefs guide you in a myriad of ways to take yoga off the mat and into your life. Discovering how to live fully starts with your values, mindset, and attitude. It means taking stock of yourself and your life, defining success for you and what you want for your future, and making a plan for how you are going to get there.
Fully Alive includes $100 of Life Alive nourishment, $95 deep tissue massage, guided strategy, cooking classes & more.
Move beyond drop-in classes in this extraordinary, first-time program that invites you to see how life changes when you commit to some physical movement every day, eat plant-forward once a week, experience movement modalities you never tried, experience the power of deep tissue massage and receive guidance from a variety of Boston's best wellness experts and lead teachers.
