Experience the deep, nourishing opening of a yin practice paired with an expanded relationship to breath in this collaborative workshop. Through long-held postures and intentional breathing patterns, you’ll explore how the breath can guide the nervous system into states of quiet receptivity or gentle activation, supporting both restoration and resilience.
As the body softens and connective tissue releases, you’ll be invited to tune into subtler physiological rhythms — cultivating awareness of how breath, tissue, and nervous system work together. This workshop is accessible to all levels of yoga and breathwork practitioners and offers a particularly valuable opportunity for runners (including Boston Marathon hopefuls) seeking recovery, mobility, and nervous system balance.
Wear clothes you can move in & bring a yoga mat (yoga mats are available to rent in studio for $3)
