In celebration of our Wellesley opening, we invite you to join us for a complimentary, deeply restorative experience designed to quiet the nervous system and elevate the senses.

Yin & Sound Sanctuary is a slow, intentional practice rooted in stillness and subtlety. Through long-held, supported Yin postures, we gently stimulate the fascial network, soften accumulated tension, and guide the body into parasympathetic regulation. The pace is unhurried. The atmosphere, serene. The effect, profound.

The practice concludes with an extended sound bath Savasana, where layered harmonic tones create an immersive sanctuary of resonance — inviting deep rest, internal recalibration, and spacious clarity.
