Cancellation Policy
Down Under does not accept any cancellations by phone. To cancel an appointment and receive account credit, email wellness@downunderyoga.com more than 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Your appointment is only cancelled once you receive email confirmation. In the event of no-show without email confirmation of cancellation you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
Late Wellness Appointment Arrival Policy
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled time. Your appointment will be automatically canceled 30 minutes after the appointment scheduled time and you will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
For recurring appointments: The appointment payment will be processed individually the day of each appointment using the client’s card on file in MindBody. An email receipt will automatically be sent to the client upon processing. A 20% gratuity is appreciated that can be provided via cash, card on file, or Venmo. The 6 month commitment is not auto-renewing and appointments will not be held on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.
