Pincha Mayurasana requires a calm mind, strong focus and the ability to face fear; the fear of falling! In this workshop, you’ll learn exercises to develop strong and steady arms, spinal and core strength, and the openness of the shoulders required to create a straight body line which will help you balance in this challenging posture. We’ll explore variations to meet you where you are. You’ll leave this workshop with clear goals for safely practicing getting upside down on your own!
This workshop is designed for all levels of yoga practitioners. Beginners welcome!
