In this 90 minute all-levels workshop, you will learn how to achieve arm balances in a progressive and safe way.

See step-by-step drills to enhance your practice and strengthen the muscles needed to fly!

Some of the postures you will learn: Crow (and how to jump back) , Side Crow, Eka Pada (Hurdlers Pose), Chinstand, Headstand, & Bird of Paradise to name a few!
