In this uplifting workshop, you’ll explore dynamic movements that connect breath, rhythm, and flow. About Rebecca:
Rebecca Rasmussen’s journey with movement began in the world of dance. After earning her BFA from the Boston Conservatory, she toured internationally for nearly two decades with the acclaimed dance company MOMIX. Today, as a Senior Teacher and Teacher Trainer for Inside Flow yoga, Rebecca blends movement, music, and storytelling to help others feel deeply connected and fully alive. She introduced Inside Flow to the USA in 2018, planting the seeds for the vibrant community that is now growing nationwide.
She is a graduate of the Kripalu School of Yoga and Chromatic Yoga, a Positive Psychology coach, and certifies new Inside Flow teachers around the world. Her dynamic teaching style is deeply influenced by her professional performance background, which includes appearances on America’s Got Talent, in Mercedes-Benz shows, and in a Target commercial, along with years of global touring as a professional dancer.
Rebecca has been featured in Yoga Journal and Dance Magazine. She lives in Connecticut with her husband, Matt (@theyogimatt), on their hobby farm, while continuing to spread the joy of Inside Flow worldwide alongside its founder, Young Ho Kim, and the global teacher community.
