Healing with the Medicine Buddha with David Magone & Lama Migmar

Join Khenpo Lama Migmar Tseten — Harvard’s Buddhist Chaplain and David Magone’s teacher — for an accessible introduction to the Medicine Buddha practice, a traditional Tibetan meditation for working with pain, illness, stress, and emotional difficulty.
Through guided visualization, mantra, and chant, Lama Migmar will offer step-by-step instruction in this healing practice, making it approachable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. No prior experience with Buddhism, Tibetan practice, or meditation is required.
This workshop is especially supportive for anyone navigating physical pain, illness, emotional strain, or stress, as well as yoga students curious to explore meditation beyond asana.
All are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a notebook & writing utensil. No need for a yoga mat.
