Flow + Stretch: A Recovery Class with Amanda Bolaños

Join Amanda Bolaños for a recovery-focused class designed to support runners and all active bodies. This session blends a gentle, breath-driven flow with longer, targeted stretches to release tension, improve mobility, and aid in recovery. Expect a balance of steady movement and deeper, restorative work, with attention to areas like the hips, hamstrings, and lower back.


While designed with runners in mind, this class is open to all levels— whether you’re coming off a workout or simply looking to move and reset.

Latin Run Club Boston is a community-driven run club focused on creating an inclusive and welcoming space for runners of all levels. Founded by Latinos, the club celebrates culture, connection, and movement, bringing people together through weekly runs and social events around Boston. We host runs every week for all paces, creating a space where everyone can show up, move, and feel part of the community.
