Buritaca is a small, bohemian, rustic coastal town in northern Colombia near Santa Marta, renowned for where the freshwater Buritaca River meets the Caribbean Sea.

This is a place teeming with diverse flora and fauna, crisscrossed by rivers flowing from snow-capped peaks, and inhabited by indigenous peoples such as the Kogi, Wiwa & Arhuaco. It is precisely these cultures that are entrusted with maintaining the harmony of the spiritual universe, and in their mission, they have chosen to share their ancestral wisdom with those who decide to venture into this magical territory.

Enjoy 6 nights and 7 days at the foothills of the impressive and magical Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the world’s highest Coastal Mountain Range. This area is referred to as the Heart of the World, not only because of it’s geographical location, but more importantly because every single ecosystem exists and thrives in the Sierra Nevada mountains. (We will spend one night in Santa Marta on Jan. 23, 2027).

Start your morning with a meditation, walk on the beach, or a cup of coffee and a book. Daily yoga 2x's a day in an open-aired yoga shala literally on the beach! (Mats & props provided), gourmet farm-sea to table meals, oceanside Spa & Wellness Center , waterfall hikes, and more! Most importantly, connect with an amazing group of like-minded people. There will be a daily schedule of activities that you can do as much or as little as you want!
