Standing Strong: Enhance Your Understanding of Standing Poses with Props (the Iyengar way) with Rosie Richardson

More than just giving us extra "reach", yoga props like mats, blocks, belts, bolsters, and chairs can bring a stronger sense of awareness and steadiness in our poses as well as understanding of where and how to move. With injury or restrictions, props give us confidence and support to continue with our practice safely as we progress and heal.

Required Props: one mat, two belts, two blocks, one bolster, one yoga chair or other folding chair (a dining chair CAN be used if that is one's only option), Access to a wall (a closed door can serve as a wall).

Cost: $45
