Yoga for Stiffs (Bodies) - An Ongoing Series with Claire Carroll

This series builds on the popular “stiff body” series. In each session, we target a specific part of the body and explore supplemental poses, stretches, and relaxation techniques to cultivate freedom and spaces in areas that tend to feel chronically “stuck.”
These sessions are designed for students of all levels who live in stiff bodies. Please note that these sessions are intended to support and supplement your regular practice.
March 19: Hips & Hamstrings
April 16: Neck & Shoulders
May 21: Upper & Lower Back
Required Props: wall space, chair(s), blocks, belts, bolsters, blankets
