About Masha
Masha began practicing yoga in 2005 and quickly became a devoted student. Over time, she became increasingly aware that chronic stress was pushing her body toward burnout. Balancing a fast-paced corporate career, a new baby, and a practice that was calling for radical change became unsustainable. In 2016, she left the corporate world and enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training in Boston. She has been teaching in Boston ever since.
Masha’s teaching style has evolved over the years, yet her core intention remains the same: to offer yoga as a practical tool for self-inquiry and support the body’s innate capacity to heal.
