YINfo Session for Yin Teacher Training with Emily Peterson

This offering is tailored to teachers interested in taking the Yin Teacher Training starting in May.

We will dive into a 30 minute yin sequence creating space for any questions that may arise. We will have about 15 minutes to discuss the training & all that comes up!

Please bring a yoga mat. Yoga mats are available to rent in studio for $3

Prerequisite: 200 Hour YTT is required to take this training. By enrolling you are confirming you have taken a 200 Hour YTT
