Establish techniques to help you float through the practice with strength and
grace. Build proficiency through theory, technique, drills and practice to
experience the elegant dynamism of Ashtanga.
Part 2 Transitions between poses—find your float. More drills to improve
jumping through and back, as well as jumping into and out of arm balances,
chakrasana (backwards somersault), and more!
Open to all levels and practitioners of all styles of yoga.
