The Power of the Breath: Introduction to Kundalini Yoga with Daniel Orlansky

With dynamic movement and strong breathwork, we will awaken the power of Kundalini energy. Then, with mudras and inner locks — or bandhas —, we will channel this heightened pranic energy for inner radiance and higher consciousness. All levels are welcome; beginners and advanced students alike will receive helpful tips for an effective home practice as we explore the fundamental principles of Kundalini Yoga.

Cost: $30

Please bring a mat (yoga mats are available to rent in studio for $3.)
