Have you ever wondered what it would be like to experience a greater understanding of the art of alignment and hands-on adjustments?

Join Down Under faculty for a revolutionary weekend to explore, learn, and practice what it means to teach with your hands. During this weekend you will delve into the depths of working as a tactical artist in the classroom, learning the ABC's of alignment and assisting, how to read a room, see bodies, and how to direct without your voice. Part lecture, part practice, this weekend will change the way you practice and teach, and the way you communicate with your hands. For students, teachers and those eager to deepen their understanding of the art that is assisting! 

 Required Props: yoga mat (rentals are available for $3 at the studio)
