The Art of Alchemy: Yoga, Poetry & Creative Sustainability with Lindsey O’Neill
Sunday, October 19
1-3pm • Harvard Square
In a world that often pulls us away from the sacred in everyday life, how can yoga, self-care, and poetry transform our inner experiences into living art? How can we turn the tension between heart and mind into clarity, connection, and creative expression?
In this workshop, your body becomes a vessel, your breath a guide, and poetry a doorway. Through a slow-flow vinyasa practice paired with creative writing, you’ll explore the fullness of your own experience, uncover the sacredness woven into daily life, and translate it into authentic, expressive art.
By the end, you’ll have cultivated a stronger connection to your own voice, drafted new poems, and developed self-care practices to sustain a lifelong dialogue between your yoga, your words, and your world.
Wear clothing you can move in. Please bring a notebook, writing utensil & yoga mat (mats are available to rent in the studio for $3)
Cost: $45
