Beloved Tara Morris powerhouse hot yoga teacher, photographer, and author returns to her old Boston home to launch her new autobiographical book and to celebrate the opening of Down Under's Wellesley studio. Expect a gritty, soulful and deeply honest practice that leaves you feeling physically and emotionally resilient (and includes a copy of the book).
Tara’s memoir, The Love Offensive is a fearless and deeply human story of adventure, loss, friendship, and the unexpected ways we learn to keep going. Woven with decades of photography and lived experience, the book reflects Tara’s life mission: to see the world and help people feel more hopeful, grateful, and free. A close friend and colleague of many of the Down Under leads including Braxton, Samantha, Shawna and others, Tara will pop back periodically this season to do these pop classes that include a copy of her new book.

Tara Morris
Yoga powerhouse, photographer, and entrepreneur Tara Morris lives a big, full, and joyful life with her incredible friends and two pups in Providence. Originally from Marshfield, MA, she's lived all over the world and settled back on the east coast to be closer to her family. She has spent the last 20 years traveling the world and has been to 35 countries, mostly by herself, but has also led yoga and photography workshops all over the world under the Destination Love Offensive brand.
Tara’s classes are powerful, athletic, and ablaze with tempo and music. As a teacher, she curates a gritty power experience designed to explore using the body for mental health and how our thoughts makes us feel. Her goal for students in every single class is to help them walk out feeling grateful, hopeful, and free. If her life had a mission statement it would read: To see the world and make people feel good. She does her best. :)
