Solvents & Glue
The Wings: Moving the Shoulders, a Workshop with Didi von Deck
Saturday, November 11
2-3pm • Newton & Livestream
JKA Solvents and Glue is a movement system created and developed by Jeremy Krauss.
DUY’s resident orthopedic surgeon Didi von Deck is teaching a series of workshops dedicated to strength, stability, and functional movement. Each workshop teaches movement sequences that improve how you move. These unique sequences break down movements (solvents) and then put them together in a way that improves mobility and strength (glue). These movement sequences are performed from an upright position and will improve your posture while making sitting, standing, walking, and running easier and more efficient.
Discover the experience of weightless shoulders when you learn where your shoulders belong. We will unpack what you need to avoid creating shoulder and neck strain all while improving posture. The exercises will dissolve shoulder tension and build upper body strength, leaving you feeling lighter, and free.
Cost: $25
