Sacred Circle: The Art and Yoga of Mala Beading Workshop with Jojo Reger

Saturday, September 13

2-4 PM • Newton

Join Jojo Reger for a soulful gathering where yoga and creativity intertwine. In this intimate circle (limited to 20), we’ll begin with a gentle flow to open the body and lubricate the joints, setting the stage for stillness. Then, through the art of mala beading, we’ll create our own sacred necklaces—tools for meditation, prayer, and quieting the mind.

As we string each bead, we’ll weave intention and connection, learning how this practice deepens our sense of presence. Together, we’ll chant, and close with a heart-opening meditation over bolsters, leaving you grounded, peaceful, and inspired. Whether you’re a seasoned jewelry-maker or new to the craft, you’ll leave with a beautiful, handmade mala that can support your meditation practice.

This workshop is a celebration of movement, mindfulness, and creativity—a space to slow down, deepen your practice, and craft something meaningful by hand.

Limited to 20 participants—reserve your spot today!

Cost: $60

Yoga mats are available to rent in studio for $3
