In honor of Juneteenth, elementary teacher and PhD candidate in racial justice studies, Ashley Houston-King offers a celebration of black freedom with a donation-based Flow practice benefitting Black Mamas Matter Alliance.

🧞♀️This special in-person AND virtual event starts with a short dharma talk on BIPOC maternal health issues, and how we can improve outcomes for low-income Black and Brown birthing parents, led by PhD candidate, and celebrated Faculty member Ashley Houston-King.
We'll move into a sweet, strong slow flow designed for all levels to comfortably experience in an unheated room.
Savasana will be particularly meaningful, and designed to bring you more peace to carry you through your antiracist work.
Time for reflection and journaling will be available alongside 🍩 a mini-lobby donut party!
Please donate as much as you are comfortable with, all proceeds go to this is an incredible organization.
