The Subtle Body (Meditation and Asana Exploration) with Kino MacGregor

Join Kino MacGregor for an exploration of Meditation, Asana and the Subtle Body. The body and mind both open when given time and space to unfold. Learn a new paradigm for your practice where less effort equals more results. Drop into the inner body and discover healing, quietness and wisdom. This immersion is the antidote to the goal-oriented mindset. Understand what it means to practice with non-attachment and be in a fully surrendered state. Leave with an impartation of the most subtle teachings of yoga.

Ashtanga Yoga Led Primary Series with Kino MacGregor

True Strength with Kino MacGregor

The powerful strength-based asanas and transitions of the yoga practice are often intimidating and difficult to practice. Join this session to tap into your natural strength as Kino shares the techniques and tips that she uses to develop and build strength. You will leave this session with a methodological approach to strength that will transform your practice. True strength is rooted in the spiritual lessons of the practice and moves far beyond brute force. Explore everything from lift-ups to inversions to arm balances from a radically new perspective and leave with real tools to apply in your practice and in your life.

There will be time for discussion & questions at the end. Appropriate for all levels.

Mysore Style Practice with Kino MacGregor

A dynamic and vigorous vinyasa-style practice. A Mysore style practice is an assisted self-practice. Students are able to work through their own practice guided and supported by a teacher. Mysore classes are essentially one-on-one instruction (as opposed to the ubiquitous "led" class format where a teacher verbally instructs the group of students simultaneously). Students joining this practice should have an established Mysore practice.

Fearless Backbends with Kino MacGregor

If you enjoy a challenge but think you are too stiff to ever bend your back then this is the perfect class for you. By understanding how to work your body in a safe way you will learn what it takes to really bend over backwards with no fear. The secrets of deep backbends are available to you through the integration of sound anatomical principles, healthy alignment techniques and intensely fun stretches. The dynamic movement mechanics of bending your spine are the key to limitless flows of energy and in this class you will begin to explore you natural potential for deep backbends with safety, support and enthusiasm.
