Firewalking Retreat with David Magone: A Good Stress Summer Retreat

Friday, August 11th 6pm - Sunday, August 13th 12pm
Dawa Fields, 5500 South Road, Corinth, Vermont

Without easy access to the resources of this primitive, instinctual self, humans alienate their bodies from their souls. Most of us don’t think of, or experience ourselves as animals. Yet, by not living through our instincts and natural reactions, we aren’t fully human either. ~ Peter Levine

Ready for an adventure? Expand the boundaries of what you think is possible, reconnect with community, and heal your mind and body with a journey into the Good Stress Method.

This retreat is designed to make you feel alive again.

Our yin style classes will ground you. You’ll feel the natural quickening of your breath and discover a deep sense of heightened energy and clarity as you step into an ice bath.

Transformative breath work practices will help reconnect you to your higher sense of self and show you the path toward deeper exploration and understanding. You’ll feel the full body sense of relief and easing of anxiety as you step out of the sauna and into the cool mountain air of Vermont.

There is an indescribable rush of primal strength as you learn how to channel your hidden super-powers in order to summit a mountain with little protection. And best of all? You’ll connect with a vibrant community of like-minded folks who all share your love for adventure, connection and exploration.

Escape to the beautiful mountains of Vermont for a three-day, rustic retreat that will teach you how to harness the power of Good Stress and strengthen your connections with others. Our expert guides will lead you through a program designed to help you clarify your goals, values, and life direction, and you'll participate in empowering, fear-conquering activities such as the broken glass walk and spiritual fire-walk, as well as calming practices like outdoor saunas, cold plunges, and gentle yoga.

Find solace, community, and serenity on this journey as you overcome your fears, discover your purpose, and connect with your breath, yourself, and others in nature. Our knowledgeable guides will provide you with the tools and support you need to tap into your inner superhuman. When you return home, you'll have a renewed sense of self and a newfound appreciation for the call of the wild.
