Core Happiness: Strength along the Length with Eoin Finn
Friday, June 19
6-7:45pm β’ Porter Square & Livestream
Learn and Grow as you Flow
Join Blissology founder Eoin Finn for a fluid, intelligently designed practice that redefines what βcore workβ really means.
This class moves away from compression, bracing, and isolated ab exercises. Instead, youβll learn to feel the core as strength expressed along the length of the body from the feet, through the inner legs and abdominals, and up the spine, creating support that enhances breathing, balance, and ease in movement.
The practice unfolds as a strong, graceful vinyasa where learning and movement evolve together. As you flow, Eoin weaves in simple, powerful ways of understanding the body drawn from his new book Yoga Optimized, including DUO (Dynamic Unifying Opposition). These principles help distribute load more intelligently, expand pain-free movement span, and cultivate strength that lasts.
Youβll be invited to explore depth at your own pace. Clear options and variations allow the practice to meet you where you are, while offering plenty of room to grow, refine, and challenge yourself without forcing or strain.
Expect a practice that builds heat, mobility, and integrated strength while sharpening awareness. You wonβt just do the poses, you'll understand them, feel them more clearly, and leave with tools you can apply to every practice that follows.
The result is the unmistakable Blissology effect: rooted strength, open 3-D breath, and a body that moves better for longer.
Cost: $45
Please bring a yoga mat (rentals are available for $3 at the studio)

Open Heart, Fluid Body with Eoin Finn
Saturday, June 20
12-2pm β’ Central Square & Livestream
This Blissology Superflowβstyle workshop explores the deep and powerful relationship between our hips, spine, and heart through intelligent, fluid movement.
Hip openers are some of the most loved, and most misunderstood, poses in yoga. Rather than forcing shapes or following one-size-fits-all cues, this experience invites you to feel your way into your optimal expression, guided by sensation, breath, and biomechanics.
Weβll begin with a short, accessible teaching that blends experiential anatomy and applied biomechanics, giving you simple tools to understand how tension, compression, and rotation actually work in the hips and spine. From there, we move straight into a continuous Superflow, an ocean wave-like vinyasa where these principles are embodied.
Youβll be introduced to key Blissology concepts from Eoinβs book Yoga Optimized, including DUO (Dynamic Unifying Opposition), a way of creating spaciousness, strength, and resilience by balancing opposing forces in the body. Expect circular, ocean-inspired movement that opens the hips while keeping the joints nourished, supported, and safe.
This is not about pushing deeper, itβs about moving smarter, flowing freer, and leaving with hips that feel open, strong, and alive, and a heart that feels more spacious and connected. When the body feels good, the nervous system settles, and that goodness naturally ripples outward.Come ready to move, breathe, and explore a modern, joyful expression of this ancient practice.
