DVRM® Level 2: Themed Breathwork Certification with David Magone

Five Day Intensive

Monday, June 15 - Friday, June 19

8am-4pm each day

Harvard Square

This advanced training is designed for teachers and facilitators who want to offer breathwork with greater structure, clarity, and confidence.

DVRM® (Dynamic Volitional Respiratory Modulation) is a breathwork methodology developed by David Magone and studied through fMRI research in collaboration with Harvard, MIT, and Massachusetts General Hospital. The research explores how specific breathing patterns can influence brain states and create conditions that support focused awareness, emotional processing, and meaningful shifts in experience.

This training focuses on how to work skillfully within those states — combining precise breathing techniques with thoughtfully structured guidance.

What You’ll Learn

  • The foundations of the DVRM methodology and its neuroscience-informed framework

  • How to guide structured, theme-based breathwork sessions

  • Script selection and delivery techniques for different teaching contexts

  • Safety considerations, scope of practice, and working within appropriate boundaries

  • How to hold space with clarity, steadiness, and professional integrity

What You’ll Leave With

  • Certification to lead themed DVRM breathwork sessions in group settings

  • Access to the DVRM script library and selection framework

  • Supervised facilitation experience and feedback
