Join Laura for a high-energy, music-driven workshop designed to introduce you to the foundations of Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP). Experience firsthand why it’s a student favorite!
Perfect for those new to IHP or looking to refine their practice, this workshop will help you understand the principles behind this sweat-dripping, full-body workout. IHP combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with low-impact movements in a heated room, giving you the intensity of a high-impact workout without the added stress on your joints. Expect to sweat—a lot!—while building strength, confidence, and mental grit.
This 90-minute workshop begins with an in-depth breakdown of IHP fundamentals, followed by a full 60-minute class to apply your knowledge with personalized attention.
Bring water, a yoga mat, and a towel (rentals available in-studio for $5). You may also consider an electrolyte drink for optimal post-class recovery.
