VINYASA FACULTY
As a PhD of Immunology and an E-RYT 500, Tatyana weaves together her health and body knowledge from eastern and western traditions. Inspired by the mental & physiological benefits of a consistent yoga practice, Tatyana left her career in the pharmaceutical industry to found the former Coolidge Yoga studios in Brookline and South End.
Tatyana has been teaching yoga for 15 years and has led teacher-training and mentorship programs for 10 years at her former studio. Tatyana has studied extensively with senior teachers in the United States and is currently continuing her studies with Lara Heimann and the LYT Yoga Method. Tatyana’s goal while teaching is to weave together current knowledge of the physical body with the ancient wisdom and philosophy of yoga. The result is a movement practice that is anchored in breath, elevated with well-informed cues, steeped in fascial system intelligence, and grounded with methods to strengthen the nervous system creating stability, strength, hydration, and mobility in the body and resilience in the mind.
