SHILPA REDDY

VINYASA FACULTY • CHIEF MARKETING & REVENUE OFFICER

Raised in a household deeply rooted in the practice and philosophy of yoga, Shilpa Reddy has been a veteran Vinyasa teacher on the Boston scene for more than a decade. In her early teaching years, she was a beloved teacher at South Boston and JP studios, and having practiced for many years at Down Under, she finally joined her home community as a teacher and director.

As a teacher she brings an intelligent, intuitive and lyrical creativity to her Flow classes. Behind the scenes, she brings a unique blend of soulful intuition and strategic acumen to her role as Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer. A classically trained marketer with over 20 years of experience scaling both public and private companies, she has built a career at the intersection of purpose and performance—where impactful storytelling, data-driven strategy, and human-centered design come together to grow powerful consumer brands.

Before joining the world of wellness professionally, Shilpa led brand, product, and performance marketing at category-defining companies such as Acorns, CarGurus, and Procter & Gamble. From launching Gillette’s Flexball to $500M in first-year sales to making CarGurus the #1 most-visited car shopping site in the U.S., and redefining financial wellness at Acorns through culturally resonant campaigns with partners like Dwayne Johnson, her work has earned accolades from Time World's Best Brands, Cannes Lions, Allure, and the Edison Awards. At every step, she has built and mentored high-performing, high-satisfaction teams known for creativity, clarity, and courage.

Now, she returns to her roots—merging her lifelong connection to yoga with her global marketing experience to cultivate a brand that is not only profitable, but profoundly purposeful. Shilpa believes that marketing is a modern form of storytelling—and that stories, when told with honesty and heart, can awaken people to themselves, to each other, and to a more conscious way of living. She leads with radical candor, deep empathy, and a vision to expand access to the transformative power of yoga through meaningful community and mindful growth.
