FITNESS FACULTY

Sara holds a bachelor’s degree from Emerson College in the Business of Creative Enterprises with a minor in Marketing and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at William James College, with a particular interest in eating disorders.

She discovered yoga after graduating college while seeking community and quickly connected to yoga sculpt for its rhythm, strength, and expressive quality. With roots in musical theatre and a love for beat-driven movement, sculpt offered a practice that blended the grounding principles of yoga with the energy of weighted training. She completed both her 50-hour Yoga Sculpt and 200-hour training through CorePower Yoga.

Her classes are creatively sequenced, alignment-focused, and intentionally paced, emphasizing proper form while allowing students to move with depth and awareness. Music is a central element of her teaching, with thoughtfully themed playlists that bring both challenge and joy to the room.

Outside the studio, she enjoys exploring Boston’s food scene, traveling, walking, and attending live theatre.
