NICOLLE DAUER

VINYASA FACULTY

Originally from Germany, Nicolle holds a master’s degree in German and English literature from the University of Mannheim. After more than a decade in marketing and advertising, working with global agencies in Germany and the UK, she found a new sense of purpose through yoga. Having practiced gymnastics and ballet, she was drawn to yoga’s deeper dimensions and its capacity to cultivate resilience, clarity, and connection.

Nicolle completed her first 200-hour yoga teacher training in Maui in 2019 and has since accumulated more than 600 hours of training with teachers and mentors around the world. Her teaching emphasizes alignment-based flow, progressive sequencing, and the integration of strength, mobility, and balance. She encourages students to explore their edges with intention, develop a deeper understanding of their bodies, and leave the mat feeling stronger and more empowered.

Since relocating to Boston in 2024, Nicolle has continued to expand her work in movement and wellness. She completed a 200-hour personal training program with the American Academy of Personal Training in 2025 and is currently pursuing her Mat Pilates certification. Today, she brings together her experience in yoga, strength training, and movement to help students build confidence and feel more at home in their bodies.

Outside the studio, Nicolle loves to travel, spend time by the sea, and experience the changing seasons. A year-long sabbatical in 2022, which included further yoga studies in Costa Rica and travels throughout the Americas, marked a turning point in her journey from the corporate world toward a more movement-centered life.
